- 45mlLondon dry gin
- 120mlClassic tonic water, chilled
- 1 sliceFresh lemon
Method
- Brew 2g Red Oolong with 60ml water at 90°C for 2 minutes.
- Fill a highball glass with large ice cubes.
- Pour 45ml of gin straight over the ice.
- Add 60ml of the freshly-brewed Red Oolong.
- Top with 120ml chilled tonic, stir once, finish with a lemon slice.
